The warm spring weather has finally returned to the state of Kentucky. Warm weather means it's time to go back outside and finish more projects. My first project of 2015 is to repurpose this old dresser into a hallway bench.
This is the dresser I started with, my wife and I purchased a new bedroom suit so this was for the taking.
I drug it outside, and gutted it down to the frame.
Using pieces of an old pilot, I made the back of the bench. Then cut down the original top of the dresser to use as the seat, and coated it all and thin white paint. Then put a thin coat of Willow Green Paint, along with a thin coat of light blue.
